"Tibbalds conducted two pieces of work for us, one in 2005 for Stockwell Park Estate and another in 2006, which turned out to be a substantial piece of work.  They benefited the project by engaging people in the council that wouldn’t otherwise be that interested and brought clarity into it. They were good fun.
