design lies at the heart of the new planning system. Government policy
clearly identifies good design as essential to good planning.
The Tibbalds team is design trained and works for both public and private
sectors, giving us a detailed understanding of issues affecting design,
planning and development. We help shape and guide complex development
proposals through the planning process.
We also advise architects on achieving and communicating urban design
