James Hawkins

James is a Senior Planner with considerable experience advising private clients on matters such as development within open countryside, Green Belt and Metropolitan Open Land. He has extensive experience on conversions to residential development and developments with sensitive heritage issues. He has successfully delivered a variety of successful planning permissions in London and the Midlands.

Outside of work, James enjoys spending time with his young son. Having a son has encouraged James to think more about how the planning industry can help to deliver accessible and imaginative play spaces.
