Celebrating Employee Ownership
Tibbalds celebrated EO day a few days late this year so that we could combine our celebrations with a staff lunch and our quarterly staff forum.
Tibbalds has been an EOT since 2013 and the staff forum is a key activity where all parts of the business update the whole team on progress made against our key targets and towards employee engagement. This meeting includes key topics for discussion that can come from anyone in the team as well as updates from each office team and the managing director.
This time we have been talking about our sustainability toolkit and how this has been working across a broad range of projects and where the team find it works well and where less well. We try to have some staff forums in person each year so we all get together and that includes those team members who work further away.

Kieran Easton, EOT Director said "Tibbalds is proud to be celebrating 12 years of employee ownership. Employee Ownership Day is a chance for us to reflect on how employees make Tibbalds the place that it is. It provides an opportunity for everyone to have meaningful input into the operation of the business, through office teams, and our quarterly staff forum. We held an office lunch this year to celebrate, and we look forward to celebrating many more."
