Tibbalds appointed as masterplanners at Stones Farm, Sittingbourne

Tibbalds have been appointed by G H Dean to finalise their masterplanning work and put together the outline planning application for this site, which includes around 550-600 new homes, a new country park and local shopping facilities.

An outline planning application is anticipated in Spring 2014.
