Planning Assistant

Chantelle is a self-motivated and versatile planner, who has a passion for urban design and the spatial environment. Chantelle has experience giving planning advice to the general public and acquiring planning permission for small household extensions and renovations. Through her experience at Tibbalds, Chantelle has developed a better understanding of the planning process - especially regarding large-scale projects - which involve a number of components and moving parts. Chantelle enjoys finding new ways to strengthen her skills and exploring her areas of interest.

Chantelle is a RTPI Licentiate Member and is also exploring how to become an Urban Design Practitioner (UDG). To further develop her planning and urban design skills, Chantelle has participated in CPD sessions, predominantly focussed on design codes, street design and heritage/conservation.
