Charlie is a highly motivated and innovative planner, adept at providing strategic and commercially astute development advice. Charlie’s experience spans a diverse range of projects in London, including minor and major residential, commercial and community-led development, often with sensitive heritage considerations.

Through having a holistic approach to planning, Charlie is able to balance the aspirations and objectives of policy requirements to ultimately deliver what communities require.

Charlie’s interest in the planning industry originated whilst studying his undergraduate degree, notably Events and Urban Regeneration, covering how events are used as a catalyst for transformation. His dissertation focused on the methods of regeneration utilised during the 2016 Rio Olympic Games.
