Consultation launches on draft Development Framework for three Regeneration Areas in St Peter Port, Guernsey

Tibbalds Planning and Urban Design is leading the project team appointed to create a Development Framework for three St Peter Port Regeneration Areas in St Peter Port: Lower Pollet, South Esplanade and Mignot Plateau, and Mansell Street/Le Bordage. The purpose of the Development Framework is to set out the issues and opportunities for each Regeneration Area, and to ensure that future schemes are well-planned and provide maximum benefit for local people and St Peter Port as a whole.
